About the Editor
David A. Cooke, M.D., FACP is a graduate of Brandeis University, and he received his M.D. from the University of Michigan. He completed residency training at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics, and is board-certified in internal medicine. Dr. Cooke is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Michigan; he currently works as part of the University of Michigan Health System, and he practices in Ann Arbor.
